mint frappe build

After securing funding for the production of mint frappe, Mira embarked on a three-month build process involving carpentry, scenic painting, and textured-detailing. In March of 2025, Mira remained on campus during the two weeks of spring break to construct the set's main platform and complete all base coatings. All subsequent embellishments, including the collages and faux flower adornments, were completed by Mira between the end of March and the opening of mint frappe in mid-April. The following video documents the build process. Mira is incredibly grateful to Jim Alexander, Deborah Puhl, Germán Cárdenas-Alaminos, Ben Turnbull, and Chris Zhang for their beautiful work on the set.
